I agree with Malochhio. We need more women admins and GMs. Ski don't let us down!

Funny. A previous moderator held nearly every position and they were subsequently suspended from the team for working too hard.

@James

Aye, RIP James. He was absolutely balls amazing—but the difference is he was holding them all at the same time and overworking himself to hell (but not back). Poor guy.

He does plenty of Modreqs and appreciate the **** out of that, though why do we need four admins? What are their duties? Are you stepping down Telanir?

A main chunk of the reason is to divide further staff duties within the branch. Dan and I both ended up burning ourselves out due to the sheer amount of work that we did this Summer in relation to 5.0 and other odds and ends. The idea behind having a larger team is to better divide the work that needs to be done by the admin team.

Duties is something that was explored and spoken about a long while ago when the GM team went over a rework known as specialization. You had each admin focus on different aspects of LotC; community, development, moderation, and creative, to name a few. These concepts have faded out for a long while though and will probably be spoken on after 3/3 is announced. My personal assumption anyways.

In actuality, we spent a lot of time running over the report that was filed. While I can't be sure as to what you believe is in that report, I do assure you we went through it in detail. If we had only glazed over it without bothering to investigate, or brushed it aside, we would have likely come to a very different conclusion than you have seen today. It is not about 'how long ago' certain incidents occurred, but rather their documented evidence as well.

Certain decisions that may be uncharacteristic of a team lead or unexpected are often explained by the fact that the lead in question consulted the Administration. When faced with situations Ski acknowledged he would be too emotionally invested in he opened communications with the Administration which is both advisable and is the proper protocol.

You said you did not want to be vocal about it, so feel free to send a message my way on Discord if you'd like to continue the chat. (though if you respond here that's your decision to make too)

If you're going to add more admins, have 3 or 5 so there's not an even number.

It helped with decision making that we couldn't go 2-2 on issues.

An absolute disaster, can we buy coders instead of making decisions which will overall damage the server?
