The Death Of Yuglix

 

          An old, blinded, blackened orc rested in the fields outside the brand new Uzg. His wolf sat in the sun, panting heavily and loudly. An orcish woman, Shazula, approached him and they made small talk. After a few minutes of small talk, she said: "Bruddah, wi zhuuld gu znaga huntin." Yug of course, being a man of war, jumped at the opportunity despite his physical handicap. Little did he know how much of a bad choice this would be. They trekked through the fields, Yug on the back of his faithful mount. Eventually, they arrived at the gates of the wood elves. They were all exhausted by then, and the gates were wide opened. The grouping approached the tavern, and there were 4 people. One was a very old man and another was a teenage wounded elf. The 2 others were able bodied men and women. Of course, they made the classic opening lavish speeches of teasing the elves and pretending to be their friends. Yug apprehended the woman, but the man promptly exchanged his life for her's, as per usual when you capture 2 or more people who know each other. Suddenly, behind them, many elves stood there. Their bows were pulled back and they were all prepared for combat, however there was another man who appeared to be an Orener. They were all prepared to kill. Soon, Eath arrived and quickly assessed the situation. The soldiers continued to accumulate and the odds continued to work in the favor of the elves. Shazula was continued to, quite stubbornly, hold the male elf. Yuglix turned and whispered toward Eath. "Eaff, teyk Zhazula agh run fur latz laivz." "Mi ahm nub leaben lat!" He replied, "Lat hab tu cahm." Yug responded. "Nub." And promptly charged into battle. Shazula was quickly killed by the overwhelming odds, while Yuglix's wolf was swiftly mangled and he was forced to the ground as his former Wargoth escaped into the rolling forests of the Wood Elven homeland. Yuglix fought until he was killed by simultaneous cuts to his neck and a splitting of his skull. Yuglix was dead, but had saved the lives of his brethren. He left the world with many a mark; Two beautiful kubs, provided food and minerals for the Uzg, participated in wars, and lead his brothers and sisters on hunts.

Lukra mourns briefly as she hears of Yuglix's death. "Zkah, mi did nub gruk him well, bud he wuz azh hozh brudda. Hozh poppo tu hiz kubbiez. We will avenge hiz flattin zuun enough."

Shazul, healed by the monks, goes about her daily hunt for a catch but when she hears word of his desth, she is not told other part and she pounds her chest twice. "Mehy da Zpireedz guhd laht!" She yells into the air.
