I'm not sure if you have friends in the staff team but, if you do, you have to acknowledge that they're all at fault here even if they're nice people. Yes, it is Tahmas' job to tell them what to do but if the GMs show no sign of initiative and self-motivation to do something then it is also on them. The GMs who weren't barred from setting the warclaim up should have done so regardless if Tahmas told them to do it or not. They're not dogs.
