The War on Darkness

Gijaak stood on the mountain overlooking the Wastelands of Azaghol. He stood beside the Shrine to the Greater Spirit, Kharak'Raguk, which sat at the very peak of the mountain, embellished by fires and tribute. He had spoken with the Spirit in the moments beforehand, about reclaiming the Raguk from the clutches of disparity, and the growing menace that had quite frequently raided their settlement. The two settled on a plan of action, and with Kharak's blessing, Gijaak descended into the city.

When he stood onto the blazing sands within the walls, he approached the congregation of Orcs that were so often huddled around the largest fire in the city. He stabbed his sword into the ground and opened out his arms, proclaiming himself the Wargoth of Raguk; and welcoming all who opposed him to stand.

No one offered their rejection, and so Gijaak would self-appoint himself with ease. He then called to the Raguk straddled about the city, and brought them into the clan hall.

The Raguk were instructed to begin construction on their famous blood steel, tipped with what aurum they could muster within their treasury. And as they slaved within the forges, Gijaak spoke out to them with a passion that matched the burning embers that filled the room.

Brothers and Sisters, have we forgotten what Krug fought against all those years ago? What he suffered through to rid the world of evil, and what we continue to suffer through to this day?

Look to yourselves! Look to the fury that clings to your Souls! We, of all mortals have endured the most suffering in the pursuit of what is right and true, and yet what is it that continues to march toward our city, and defies the will of Krug and the Spirits with their very existence?

I know you have witnessed them as much as I.

Those foul and dark creatures that loom in every corner of the world, slinking within the shadows and feasting on the Souls of Men and Orc alike. They fester in their hives of darkness and decay, using Dark Magics and Rituals in order to influence and corrupt the nature of this land.

They defy death and the glory of Star'Gush Stroh, and steal our Brothers and Sisters for their sinister plots.

But no more...

It is time to armour ourselves. It is time to prepare for the War that has waited a thousand years. It is our time to march upon the Undead, and all who follow them.

It is time to reawaken Krug's passion, and put a final end to the true enemy of this world!

And with his speech the Raguk cheered, revitalised in their efforts to smith and war against those that defy the will of Krug and the Spirits. The Shaman departed from the forge, working with the Goblins of the clan to pen a parchment that would be sent to every small settlement, and every city that spanned across the lands of Axios.

Let It Be Known

On this day, the Orcs of the Raguk Clan declare Waagh on all of the Undead and Dark Arts users that find their home across these sacred lands.

We will stop at nothing to eradicate this looming threat, and ask that all nations allow our armies safe passage to cleanse the world of this taint.

We have no interest in warring between nations, and see only one enemy, one that festers in the darkness.

If you wish to discuss this campaign, you will be allowed tribute-free entry into Azaghol.

"We're perfectly good at eradicating the undead on our own, we do not need orcs in our lands adding to that trouble." Artimec grunted as he reminisced upon the scores of wraiths and liches, and that tainted drakaar, slain by him and his men in the borders of his lands and within the druid's grove for the context of this post.

"Got bored of Oren taking you from behind? Want to see if you can do the same?" The husked being asks.

"Oren has her Regulators. They've proven effective so far. Not so sure if your assistance is required, but I don't mind, so long as no... taboo uses of magic are on the orcish end." Says Ser Avenel.

Maaz stood resolutely beside Ser Avenel, executing an affirmative nod. "The Regulators will ensure that no dark entities remain within the Empire's expanse."

"And beyond Oren? What about in Sutica? Or wherever there might be Undead? We are not going to simply jump to arms whenever an Undead crosses our borders. We are going to actively hunt them down and destroy them. Can you say you have been effective in that? Due to the fact that so many Undead pop up not just in your cities, but everywhere in the world and for most of recorded history, clearly you, and countless other orders like yours, have not." Says Vagud.
