Declaration of Orcish Unity

Drokon silently peered out from the balcony of his new palace, carefully observing the finishing of the the new city, San’Torr. He pondered all of the effort which the Orcs put into the city and the blood still being spilled in order to protect it. For the first time in nearly a full Orcish generation, the descendants of Krug would have a place to call home. As he thought about the brutal history of the most recent generation, his thoughts couldn’t help but drift to his last memories of the old city, San’Kharak.

The beautiful city of stone and wood was meant to be a safe haven for the Orcs of the old War Uzg and for a time, the streets bustled with incredible activity. At some point though, divisiveness seeped into Orcish society and sowed the seeds of failure as brother turned against brother and sister against sister. What remained was a civilization on the brink of collapse, waiting for a catalyst to set that in motion. The Imperial legions of Man presented that catalyst as they cast their dark, warmongering gaze upon the lands of Azul.

The Orcs could never have hoped to stand up to the might of the Orenian Empire, and so the sons of Horen ushered in a collapse rivaled in scale only to that of the Kharajyr. This collapse paved the way for the Orc’s splintering as those who hoped to reshape the Orcs in their own image, namely the Shamans of Angathûl and the Tribes of Azaghol. Not until the False Rex attempted to seize the throne of the old War Uzg and abandon the Dwarves in their war effort did the sons of Krug awaken, finally deciding it was time to unite. As the first Rex of the new War Nation of Krugmar, Drokon swore to himself that he would unify the sons of Krug by any means necessary.

A DECLARATION FROM THE REX OF KRUGMAR

Rex Drokon’Ugluk, 7th of Sun’s Smile, 1592

I. All Orcs currently living in the War Nation are encouraged to facilitate the growth of the Orcish species through procreation as well as recruitment of Orcs who for some reason have lost their way and found themselves outside of the War Nation because of the collapse of San’Kharak.

II. Those Orcs who, for whatever reason, opted not to remain with their brothers in Azaghol or live with the Shamans, are required to return to the War Nation. Because of the collapse, what may normally be considered a whitewash will be pardoned should they willingly return. Those who do not willingly return will be hunted with the full might of the new War Nation.

III. The Shamans of Angathûl will return the War Nation and reside within the newly constructed Shaman district in San’Torr. Should they refuse, they will be hunted and exterminated with the full might of the War Nation behind the cause.

IV. With the establishment of the new city, all races will be welcomed into the new city without tax for a time. Those not of Orcish heritage who wish to embrace our cultures and traditions will be welcomed, and not given trouble. This includes visitors who merely wish to shop at our markets or visit the arena. They will be granted safe passage. Should word of any extortion or crimes against these people reach the Khesig or Rex directly, the perpetrator will be punished severely.

The orcs will never be united until the sky smiths restore their strength or give them other physical power, says Ti'gobser.

"Maybe nub az gently az mi would have blahed id...bud Drokon iz duin duh right ting. Hopevully Zhagaraff ken peep how muj we need dem." Vagud lets out a small sigh as he gets to work on cataloguing the sets of armor neatly stowed away, frustration seeping into his voice as he counts the sets out aloud.

Vaktismo'Azog lets out a cool sigh of relief, dropping his hammer and rolling up the blueprints as the capital was finally completed.

Vruk wonders how the Orener would know this, as it would most likely only be sent to Orcs!
