"By order of his Imperial Highness, Alexander Sigismund. All non combatants are to be evacuated from the city of Johannsburg indefinitely within the next three saints days." A herald cries out to the people gathered around him. "Those leaving the city will seperate into two groups, one destined for the Westerlands and the other to the Haense. those leaving the city are advised to take only what is most valuable to them, those in the city after the third saints day will be placed under arrest and executed under the suspicion of being a rebel spy."

 

 

Soon after, the herald hurries off to gather his things and leave. Posters are written in his stead.
