Harri 4815 Share Posted April 15, 2017 Beta Warclaim Competition Hello mates, as I'm sure all you PvP fans out there are aware, we're going to be having a beta warclaim tonight to test out the new 1.8 systems in a large scale and realistic warclaim. We will be visiting an old, iconic warclaim site for us all to fight in, going back to when this PvP style was all we had. This time, we'll be having all the new nexus gear, the addition of 1.9 weapons and anything else new along with it, hopefully making for a much more dynamic environment, and possibly a different outcome. To give people an incentive to show up and participate, we will be treating this like a competition. We will be monitoring people's total kills they get (knockout will be off), we will be monitoring their total damage dealt and their total damage taken (similar to the new server upgrade test we had back at 1.8's end). The top three of each category will be tracked and awarded as follows: 1st place will receive a title/prefix in game reflecting whichever statistic you won, as well as the rewards for 2nd and 3rd. 2nd place will receive a cash prize of 15k minas as well as the rewards for 3rd. 3rd place will receive a signed trophy item. The way teams will end up working will be in a semi random/balanced way of making sure we have fairly even numbers. You will sign up (with the format below) with a squad of your friends or teammates that you would like to fight with. I will then compile all the squads together and make two teams out of them. I will also assign one squad each a set of nexus gear or something to make them a special type of soldier. For example, one squad will be given archer sets, one squad will be given horses etc. You can obviously drop and swap in game, but that is how it will work. tldr; sign up, 10 people max will be given specific nexus cancer, the rest will be provided TEAMS WILL BE POSTED ON HERE LATER CHECK BACK FOR WHEN I POST Format: Squad name: Squad leader: Squad roster (between 8-10 people): Preference of defence or attacking: (Optional) Squad sigil/picture/artwork: Solo format: MC name: Attack or defence preference: We will be fighting at about 10 BST, 5 EST tonight.
