We're Taking The Hobbits To Isengard

Hey,

 

So I was checking some old files, and I came across a tower I built for the Anthos build server. Inevitably, too many people thought it looked like Isengard, so I made it a ruin and placed it on the end of The Wilds Island.

 

Now, unintentionally, I'd already started making a tower weirdly phallic similar to the old version.

Just felt like sharing. Where in LoTC would you picture this tower? And who would be inside?
