While events like the 1812 war had fostered a conscious Canadian identity, Confederation was the first time it had autonomous self rule. I get to celebrate Canada Day by working all night sadly, but I can share my national pride with everyone on premium mineman roleplay. So heres some Canadian wisdom for all of you: Tim Hortons: Best Donut: Canadian Maple Best Timbit: Sour Cream Glaze Best Drink: Iced Capp (dont bother getting anything else) Chips: If you're a normie, get all dressed. Ketchup is an acquired taste so if youre willing to commit yourself then go for those Drinks: Caesars are actually pretty good I've tried them. It kind of just tastes like spicy alcoholic ketchup but I can respect that. Alberta Premium is the best whiskey Hockey: Hate every other NHL Canadian team except your own with a passion until the playoffs, then you root for them no matter what. This does not apply for the Leafs. Winter Sports: Whistler is not cheap but totally worth it Skiing is great but if you're a college aged student then you gonna need to sell your soul or suck some **** to afford a season pass Languages: To get by in big cities, you'll need to know the official languages of Canada Punjabi Cantonese Mandarin Filipino Politics: Just always vote green party Natives: If we acknowledge they exist, then everything else that happens to them isn't our problem ~govt of Canada Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
