Mandate from The Obsidian Throne, 1628

 

Issued and confirmed on this day, the 7th of Sun’s Smile, 1628, as dictated from the Obsidian Throne by His Majesty Zahrer Irongrinder, Grand King of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

 

 

As many of our faithful citizens have been made aware, a grudge has been signed against the Uruks of the Warnation of Krugmar as a consequence for their malicious and unprecedented attack on Verizon Irongrinder, High Consul and cousin of the Grand King. As a result of this grudge, it is hereby decreed that until the grudge is settled or further action is taken, any and all uruks of the Warnation are barred from entry into the lands of the Grand Kingdom with the exception of diplomatic envoys. Orders for the Legion and guard forces of the various holds and jarldoms are as follows:

 

All uruks of the Warnation are to be prevented from entering the lands of the Grand Kingdom.

 

Any uruks found on Grand Kingdom land shall be escorted from out borders or killed should they resist.

 

Those found harboring uruks of the Warnation and such enemies of the state shall have a heavy fine weighed against them and perhaps further punishment as recompense for ignoring both the grudge and these orders.

 

Official diplomatic envoys of the Rex are to be given safe passage into the lands of the Grand Kingdom for the sole purpose of meeting with the Grand King or his High Consul.

 

These orders shall stand until further notice.
