New Character Ideas

I would like to try a new character but I am struggling to think of something that would keep me interested in it in the long term. Very small thread, mostly cause I am more so interested in what others can think of and advise me towards doing, because right now I have three characters and two are heavily engrained to druids where the other is a paladin, sort of want something new, something fresh. Any suggestions?

become a steward and help a nation maintain activity

make some random elf and learn a new magic

create a peasant and do some bandit rp
