The Dominion-Warhawke Neutrality Pact of 1662 is a non-aggression pact that entails the following:

 

• Article I: If Reivers or other enemies of the Dominion enter the Warhawke lands they shall be captured and brought to the Dominion of Elvenesse to be subsequently received, jailed and punished to the full extent of the law. If any enemies of the Warhawkes such as Lockezi Voideyre enter Dominion territory, they shall be captured and provided to the Chiefdom of Warhawkes for punitive judgement as well.
• Article II: The Chiefdom of Warhawkes and Dominion of Elvenesse shall not transgress, aggravate or declare hostilities until the war(s) between the United Southern Alliance and Northern Atlas Alliance come to an end. Once the war ends, the treaty itself may be considered null and pending renegotiation.
• Article III: The meetings to renew the treaty and make amends or end disagreements will be held interchangeably conferred upon either at Caras Eldar or Khel’seth, turns will be held on the meeting place. If the leadership changes in either state they shall meet at the Cloud Temple instead, either party may also request to meet there in place of the capital cities if there are security concerns. Meetings will be held every two Elven weeks to ensure that the pact holds firm and contact is maintained. The meetings rotate between both capitals.
