A notice is left around various dwarven settlements, including the capital of Kaz'Ulrah

 

I officially declare that I will hunt any citizen living in Kaz'Ulrah.

 

I will raid your city with a small war band every other week and will get myself rich with your ressources.

We will strike throught the night, your allies will not be able to help you.

 

We will rally more people than you every time.

You will never be able to find where I will hide myself and the only way you will be able to stop the constant raiding will be by killing me.

Your kindgom doesn't represent the true dwarven traditions and values.

 

Shame on you citizens of Kaz'Ulrah.
