The Royal Duma of Hanseti-Ruska

 

As esteemed citizens of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, those of noble status are afforded the following rights, guaranteed and vindicated by his Majesty King Marius II. Those of nobility in the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska are entitled to the following rights.

 

Right to seat in the Duma

Each ennobled household sworn to the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska is entitled to attend the Royal Duma. The reigning patriarch of each House is permitted to voice his concerns and vote as necessary regarding any legislation proposed. 

 

Right to petition his Majesty in a private audience

Members of the noble  class are afforded the right to seek an audience with his Majesty, The King of Hanseti-Ruska and petition him outside of the traditional normality of court petitioning.

 

Right to squire offspring

Members of the noble class are afforded the right to have their children squired to notable knights or members of the Royal Family, providing they demonstrate appropriate etiquette and competence.
