It was denied for a multitude of reasons, which I would be surprised to hear if you were not given them- this piece is in the wrong subforum, and was therefore misplaced and forgotten. It is not unique enough nor does it provide meaningfulness to the server, alongside a vague pseudo-science behind it- I would scrap the idea, or rework it heavily, as in its current state it adds none to the server and only acts as some odd powermetal.
