The decapitation of the young Kontanz

As the days in haense grow ligher, the war starts to look up, the dead got time to be mourned. A young Barclay boy does not take peace as his family was slaughtered, his parents slayed by the terror of war. Young Konstanz blamed no one but Morsgrad, those barbarians started it after all. So, young Konstanz marched out of Reza to the lands close to Morsgrad managing to kill off a small squad of amateur warriors. Konstanz went on stating “No Morsgardian who crosses my path shall live”  the young boy traveled on as he came across another squad of Morsgardian soldiers, these sadly being heavily more skilled and better armed. as Konstanz saw no way back he drew his blade yelling out “FOR HAENSE” he charged at the soldiers with the pride bestowed uppon him by the barclay blood. he managed to kill one of his enemies before getting a knife in his back, falling down to the ground. the young Konstanz was, though fighting bravely, sadly defeated. the Morsgardians took him to his knees and decapitated the young boy, some sick joke towards the Barclay family who already lost the old Konstanz Barclay to imperial law. no more then a few days later the Morsgardians set up a pole in the midst of the night with Konstanz Friedrich Barclay-Markanz his head on it, each man and woman in the morning would see the horror of the event. Barbarians each and everyone of them.

The last breath of Konstanz was taken with sword in hand

A man had once tried to read this whereupon he fell on all fours addled by some kind of cursed sickness a hellish pain wrung upon his body he lay frothing and bawling in a most horrid of sights not only struck by seizure but even unmade of sight thrashing clearly something had touched him that was not of this world something beyond the flaming borders of normalcy in which some writer had truly defiled all sensical law and in its wake another particular man peering upon the screen of his monitor had fallen to cardial arrest truly it was a sad morrow laden with sorrow.

Edyth would highly doubt the young man managed to kill multiple warriors of Morsgrad before dying, but would have sympathy for him nonetheless. “May he rest well, this war has gone on too long.”

Ser Nikolaus Kortrevich gathered word of the now deceased Barclay boy, upon hearing the unfortunate revelation he mourned the loss of Konstanz; the boy who aspired to be a Knight of the Hansetic realm.

“Be at peace lad. For you have now arisen to the seven skies away from the troubled realm that is Arcas, that faces consistent turmoil during this never-ending war. I yearn for both your family and those that cherished you the most to find peace and come together as they mourn your passing. Your name will not ever be forgotten as your unwavering bravery is acknowledged to all that knew you.”

A book of Haense’s knightly structure is sent to Freising with it is attached a small missive. @MadOne

“Ser Wilheim, I mourn for the loss of your nephew. Just a few years ago, Konstanz made his travels to Fort Korstadt in search of me to express in undying interest to become a Knight, to serve this Kingdom with these highest prestige, to uphold all tenets and doctrines and defend this very Kingdom with the utmost amount of prestige and honor. May you keep this book within your family’s holdings to remember what Konstanz aspired to be in his life. I yearn for you all to find peace and may this war end soon to conclude the bloodshed of those we love most dearly.”
