In a time when Arcas still recovers from a war which shattered many peoples only to commence marching once again, uniting descendants and reminding us all of our distant common ancestry, even if in the context of a large competition, is a step in the right direction, towards peace. Attendees laughed, drank and cheered together in unison, the events of a mere decade past left only as a distant memory.

 

For taking the initiative of hosting such a phenomenal event, and for the honor of inviting The Silver State of Haelun’or to be a part of this focal point in history, we extend our most sincere blessings and furthermore congratulate each and every one of your athletes for their performance.

 

Only through enlightenment does a person dare to ask questions, only through sharpened discernment does one one dare to look brightly upon the future and know the path that must be taken. Both of these essential qualities, without which life would be vile, are only attained through knowledge, the quest for which Haelun’or no longer stands alone, with the opening of Haense’s own college.

 

These admirable acts, in retrospect, have not gone unnoticed. We proudly invite the Royal Family of Haense to visit The City of Silver, indulge in the knowledge gathered over centuries within our two thousand tomes, and, to discuss, together, as allies in the prowl for prosperity, what is to come in the fields of philosophy and science.

Her diamond-hued eyes rolled dramatically after they reached the final word. “Since when did the Silver State gain this.. kindness to humans? They’ve always mocked them,” she muttered to herself. Her bruised knuckles moved forth to the table and grasped the throwing knife that lied there, sheathing it once more beneath her dress at her right ankle.

With the recent Imperial Campaign (the Battle of Boomhill) in the eastern provinces having been concluded victoriously, Sigismund returned to his homeland, settling once again into the royal residence in the Reznian capital. His Palatine, Duke Petyr, would not grant Sigismund the respite he sought, instead, the King was informed of the recent developments in Haelun’or.

 

Sigismund was quick to gather his tools, as he drafted up a response to such an invitation. The letter was soon dispatched from Reza.
