Earlier today, Karl Blackroot and the bryophytes have convened with the chief’s council of Hefrumm and conspired to falsely accuse myself,  Ordvair Emberhorn, High Chief of Hefrumm, of treason, and to seize the power and position of High Chief.

 

This suspension of my position, as well as the illegal restriction of travel, is a blatant move for political power. These are unsubstantiated claims, and the chief’s council’s ascension of power is an illegitimate governing body in Hefrumm at this time.

 

I will be staying in hiding due to fears of attacks on my life from the Blackroots and bryophytes until such a time when a legitimate trial can be held.

Due to the accusations Ordvair Emberhorn and Karl Blackroot have leveled against each other, I see fit as Grand King to declare this matter beyond the scope of Hefrumm alone. As such, this matter shall be brought before the High Court of Urguan. The Chief Justiciar shall be given half a stone week to present himself. Should he fail to do so, I will serve as judge, jury, and potential executioner myself in his place.

 

The Legion of Urguan is not to act on the orders of Karl Cottonwood, as he has not the authority to command them. A trial date will be announced within the coming days, should Ordvair not present himself, only then is his guilt to be assumed. 

 

Until the matter of the guilt of their High Chief is resolved, the Chief’s Council of Hefrumm henceforth is to answer to their Grand King. Any information regarding these accusations of treason are to be brought before me, as well as the Justiciar.
