The young Majordomo scans over the missive with narrowed eyes, waving a couple servants away. The woman stands from her desk, placing the missive on the otherwise cluttered table as she moves across the office to the window that opens into the courtyard. Though the days are now overtaken with an underlying somber tone she is still happy for her friend's betrothal, working as hard as ever to make this day perfect for her best friend.

Beryl Carrington, once again sits in his office- that's all he'd seem to do these days, simply sit and ponder, of course that's all he had time to do, he couldn't find motivation to do things other people did, socialise, find love- he wasn't sure he'd ever find something of the sort, and yet could hide his bitter feelings so well, his own subconscious attempting to force and contort his mindset to that of a joyous one upon the even of receiving an invitation to the union.

The merchant son, who'd struggled since birth with feelings of inadequacy and loneliness would be sitting his office, staring intently at his beloved parrot Alpha II, named that of his auntie Alpha Carrington, who he used as something of a confidant or perhaps just a reliever of his internal stress, ever since his auntie had fled, he'd be stroking the luxurious plumage of the creature when he noticed the letter upon his desk under the pile of unsorted mail sprawled across the counter top, simply producing a small gold letter opener, he'd cut the seal open, peering down at the invitation, scanning it over in dismissive inspection, before offering a prompt nod, and chuckling, remarking to himself- "This invitation, is quite predictable, and what's more...extremely belated, still better late than never happening at all- I suppose I'll be expected to produce a suitable gift, I'll make plans to go shopping soon then, shan't I Alpha II?" He'd say fondly to the parrot, which offered a resting croon in response.

Simon Casimir would open the letter with somewhat surprise, realizing that him and his sibling had quickly grown up.

Nevertheless, he'd go to prepare his best outfit, asking his sister Anna yet again to make one.

Casper Elmpool reads over the paper "His secretary?" He comments "Huh, who am I to judge..." The old Seneschal files the paper away under the 'Wedding' section of his drawers

Victoria Anne d'Arkent could hardly contain her excitement as she laid her eyes upon the invitation. "You? Married?" she remarked to her twin brother, Charles Augustus. "I never expected the day to come," she teased with a snicker, before making her way off to prepare her gown for the occasion.

Emerentia squints, jaw working. "Everyone expected this!" She'd cry, collecting money from the bets she had gambled on this very predictable union.

"What?" Asked Franz as he looked up to the courier that had entered his office. "A wedding invitation, your Highness." responded the courtier that swiftly laid the invitiation down on his desk. Quickly, he slid open the envelope, "Well, that was to be expected." He murmured as he read the news of the bride and groom.

A courier made its way to Bullfog's room in the Augustine Palace. The courier knocked on the door, the Wonk responding with- "Be there in a second!" The Wonk put up his paperwork, before going to answer the door. "Yes?"

"A letter, Mister Phrogerous!" The Courier would announce loudly.

Bullfog nodded thrice, offering his hand for the letter. The Courier placed the letter in his hand, and ran off. The Wonk closed the door, and made his way back to his chair. "Ah, it's a personal invitation. Let's see what it says then." Bullfog would open the letter, and began to read its contents. The Wonk's visage slowly morphed into one full of happiness, and sadness all at the same time. "I can't say this match surprises me... I am very happy for Anna... But she is like a daughter to me, so I am also very sad. Soon she'll be having children of her own, and she will no longer be my Young Anna..." Tears began to stream down Bullfog's cheeks. "I cannot wait to be there for you, Anna."
