(Pretty) Princess Helen Antonia

Maisie d’Arkent sat idly across the table. Her thin fingers tapped against the porcelain tea cup. Creating a sort of rhythm with the gentle movement. Her soothing voice uttered a light hearted joke, “and so do there special shoes.”

Captain Viktoriya frowned, glancing between both documents. She sighed, settling back with one in-hand. "It seems we've gone back to war. Lest the dwarves wish to retract their demands . . ." that woman shook her head. "Oh well. I'll do what I need to protect my kin."

An irritated Julius de Rosius would read the missive, a rather angry look would appear on his face "Would these self-indulgent dwarves ever stop being such.. aforementioned, self-indulgent? I think not. The decision that is made by the Emperor himself is very good, it prevents a war with our cousins- But, these dwarves should know where to stop before they hang their Kingdom on a thin thread."

Otis de Rosius shrugged at the news, taking a sip of his tea from the comfort of his home. "Yet another war Oren shall win, Huzzah Orenia!"

Virgil sighed blissfully as his heavy eyes watched his brush stroke along the canvas resting on the easel before him. "I wonder what this will demand of the home office," he spoke out loud, glancing out of his window to the imperial palace. "Perhaps something to get my mind off things. Hopefully.

Athri Onfroi Belrose skimmed over this at her desk within Talon's Port, then read it more in-depth a second time. "Scared? They look a little scared. This is a very long 'I'm scared'. Perhaps I need to speak with them..." She commented to herself, setting the paper aside. "They'd better not expect help."

Mirabella Violet sat within her home, and the treasonous poet snickered. "Hah! They're funny. They think they're funny. I suppose they are a bit funny..."

Angr Ireheart would march into Kal'Darakaan alongside several other Irehearts, his usual reserved expression replaced with one of fury. Many dwed would be gathered around the notice board or reading newsletters in clusters, though this would all come to a screeching halt as he leapt onto the vacant auctioneer's stand. "Oi! Lesten up!" He'd shout, "T'es Grand Kingdom 'as ben harassed by t'ese intrusive vagrants fer far tu long!" As his words echoed throughout the cavernous city chamber, all eyes were now on him. He could feel the intensity of each and every one of them, their excitement, their anger, their worries and their anguish. "Teh umri undah t'eir false god 'av stooped tu ah new low, nae onleh refusin tae back down once ahgain, bu' t'eir claim taht t'ey 'av don nufen wrong es ahn insult tu our kingdom en ets own right." He continues, "Oren 'as attemptehd tu claim our lands toime an' toime again, yet t'ey beg an grovel aht te sligh'est glare ov somfin greatah t'en temselves. T'ey ded thes en Arcas, ahn maneh toimes befur t'at, nae ah sengle well minded soul wel com' tu d'eir aid wif such blatan lies." The crowd would remain silent, waiting for Angr to get to the point. He would step down from the stand and glance to one of his kin, Aghuid Ireheart. "Long ahgo, ah sengle dwed wus declared Irehearted, o' tu hold much rage ahn ferocity en t'eir heart. Our ancestah used t'es anger tae defend tae dwedmar from countles threats, he swore 'is loyalty tu tae crown en order tu protect wut weh 'av tuday..." He'd pause for a moment, looking down to his arm as he steps forth into the crowd. He'd stop before the first dwed, Dorimnur Goldhand. Angr would take two fingers and retrieve some of the green war paint off of his own burly arms, going to smear a line down the Goldhand's cheek. "Thes anger es nae jus' reserved fer meh koind. Et es tae might be'ind all ov Urguan, et es in evereh last one ov ye! Oren es nae jus foighten' som merchant standen en front ov meh..." He'd put his grip firmly on Dorimnur's shoulder. "They ah foighten one ov meh brothahs! T'ey face tah same challenge foighten t'es coin counten' worker as t'ey du ah blooded Ire'eart!" Angr would go forth into the center of the crowd and continue to roar his rallying words. "Enough es enough! T'ES TOIME WEH DON' STOP WIF VICTOREH! WEH WILL TAKE T'EIR KINGDOM AHN BURN ET TU TAE GROUND!This proclamation would incite many dwarven war cries from the city, the ground trembling in awe of their ambition. Too many times had Oren humiliated themselves, it was finally time to put them to rest, for good.

Theoderic would raise his eyes from his many scrolls for a moment as an attendant alerted him of the declaration and it's subsequent response. "I've no love for the Imperials" he'd say with a pensive face "But the demands and bravado of the Dwarves seem to be some of the most hollow and manufactured reasons for war I've ever seen" with that he'd wave away the attendant and return to his studies, safe in a neutral land.

Bjorn Grandaxe rests back in his seat as the news of Oren's reply is spoken among Urguan. He ponders for a moment, letting out a small huff as he reaches to his belt pulling out an obsidian dagger. Bjorn's would would run his eyes along side it before slamming it down into the desk. "So et begins"

Aimee, Countess-Dowager of Dobrov, knitted her brows at the notion of dwarves trying to intimidate the Empire...

"Silly little creatures - good for shitting out tacky trinkets from their arses and trying to sell them for extortionate prices within Providence." She'd muse to her two children, who sat before the fire.

“The Orenian people are united under God, and our Emperor, for the preservation of our posterity and welfare for our people. Shall we continue to seek for such being and the betterment of the realm as a whole.” The Archchancellor would speak to his family around the dinner table as the missive would be placed before him. He then signed the Lorianne as he offered a smile and the night continued.
