“First encounter of the wedded” by Claire-Marie Elmpool  c. 1827

ANNO  DOMINI  1828

As the spring social season draws to its swift end, as do many a betrothal, freeing them to fulfill their mutual promises accordingly. The titled ruby of said season, Lady Juliya Basrid, and her bridegroom, HIH Prince George of Aldersberg, deem it fitting to announce their untold ceremony to the public with a detailed recount of the events and the few participants who were in attendance beside the couple.

In a private ceremony within Providence’s illustrious Basilica, the noble coupling were wed. Dynasts of the Houses of Aldersberg, Susa, Rosemoor, and Crestfall were in attendance, with the honored maid of the bride being her leal companion, Ms. Maude Fitzpeter.

The two recited their nuptial vows ceremoniously, their wedlock sealed by the Vicar of Providentia himself. Once rings were bestowed upon both of their respective fingers, the couple shared an amorous buss with one another and proceeded to demonstrate their verbal gratitude to all attendees of the evening.

After such a solemn exchange, The bride and groom promenaded down the aisles, their respective households erupting in brief applause for the newly-wedded pair.

BY PROVIDENCE,

HIH Prince George of Aldersberg

HIH Princess George of Aldersberg

WITH ASSISTANCE FROM,

HIH The Holy Dame Helena, Princess Robert of Crestfall
