To my people,

My name is Oisin O'Breathnach Róża, formerly Buckfort. On this day, the 5th of the Sun's Smile, of the fortieth year of the Second Age, my Father, King William Buckfort, has seen fit to exile me and disown me of my name and titles. His reasoning on the surface may be that I struck him, which I shall not deny. However, one must delve deeper into this incident to truly understand the corruptness and incompetency that is my Father. As many within the Kingdom know, I was set to be wed to my beloved Diona Fleurgrass this saint's day, which both of us had been looking forward to for three years. However, my Father grew jealous. He saw my love for Diona, his ex-mistress, as an insult. Today, he approached me near my Fiancee and I's residence within the city of Roza, and proclaimed that "If you marry that woman, I will disown you." As many would suspect, this promoted rage and confusion in my mind. How could a Father threaten to disown his own Son over a Woman whom he had selfishly discarded years ago? And after this statement, my Father had the audacity to call my own Fiancee a wench to my very face, which was as unacceptable as it was scandalous. Obviously I sought to defend the honor of my Wife-to-be, and so struck my Father.

What did this "Great King" do when struck? Did he defend himself as all true leaders should? No. Rather, this man begged for soldiers to come and save him as he cowered in fear. He then saw fit to properly disown me and strip me of my titles, as well as exile me from Rozania. While I may understand why he did so, the circumstances of which led up to this entire scenario were utterly ludicrous. Had my Father wanted to speak to me about the wedding, he could have done so many months ago rather than the day before. And, had he wanted a peaceful resolve, perhaps he should not have called the Woman I love with all my soul a Wench, but I digress.

It has become clear to me that my Father is not fit to sit on the throne he claims. Even the most meager threat to his power instills fear within the incompetent man. Should you act based on your emotions, even most trivially, his paranoia gets the best of him and he tosses you aside as if all your achievements, all your sacrifices, meant nothing to him. I, one of his most loyal sons up until recently, am one of those whom has devoted their lives to the betterment of Rozania and its people. I have led Rozania's military since back before it was even Rozania, and many a time have overseen the security and safety of our people. Now, I have been discarded as if I was an unwanted toy, and I cannot allow this to stand any longer.

I, Oisin O'Breathnach Róża, raise my banner in Rebellion against King William Buckfort. I declare that either until William abdicates his position or I lie dead, this insurrection will not end. I encourage any and all Rozanians whom truly care for the betterment of their people to stand with me, and throw out this King who cares so little for his own people, and more so his own power.

Signed,

Oisin O'Breathnach Róża

OOC: I will say right off the bat that this is an IRP conflict. I hold zero hatred towards Plague nor any William loyalists oocly, and this event has been purely spurred on by IRP actions.

A certain halfling goes into his house, closing his doors only to open a lone window. With a flop of his nose atop the windowsill, he peers outside to await until all this drama was over.

Diona Fleurgrass read over the paper after her slumber, brain pounding in a slew of emotion. Without a word, she began packing up her lonesome residency.

As Albion/Nicholas reads it, he'd let out a sigh before looking at her "We did try to stop them, we failed. Best we begin planning things now and prepare ourselves for the tumultuous period." he softly said to her, humming in thought as he looks for what opportunities this would bring

Estella Buckfort's eyes widened at her brother's letter. Surely he was jesting...right?

...right?

How could he think this was a wise idea, especially with everything they had been through, everything they'd experienced in coming to their new home?

Alona's eyes would widen as she almost choke on her jasmine tea as she read one of the lines and would mouth the words his ex mistress to herself. She would finish reading through the missive and put it down on her desk and shake her head. "Oh deary, why such a personal matter so public?" She says sipping her tea "A family matter nevertheless. I hope it gets solve with ease." She would say with a frown as she pounder thinking of what is to come.
