Alliance of the Eagle and the Basilisk

 

Article I:  Trading of Goods

The two parties shall agree to exchange goods and knowledge between one another.

Article II: Pact of Arms
Henceforth, the two parties; House Adiler and House Pinemaw shall agree to bear arms in the event of an attack on any of their people. This does not include any obligation for the Triumvirate Guard or any fighting force affiliated with the Triumvirate of Rohauric to participate, to avoid legal issues on foreign affairs with Rohauric’s Overlords.

Article III: Sanctuary
In the event that one of the Domains of the Houses falls, or is deemed that their Domain is unsafe to be in, the other house will provide sanctuary and accommodations to either party in their own Domains.
 

Article IV:  Violation
In the event of one party being found to stray away from the agreements listed, all articles may remain in effect for half a year until its Patriarchs figure out how to proceed with negotiations.

Article V:  Duration
The treaty will remain in effect between the signatories for the duration of Twenty-Five Years after which the parties may choose if they wish to renew the treaty between the two houses.
