Realm, Settlement, and Lair Application Formats

Below are the templates for realm/settlement and lair applications. These questions allow the person reviewing your application to understand the intention behind your build and the style it will take. Having these both established prior to submitting an application allows the Implementation Team to properly judge the application and offer feedback. Application requirements can be found here for Realms, here or Settlements, or here for Lairs.

Once under review, Implementation Team will setup a charter and treasury. Please have your 20 (settlement) or 40 (realm) signatories run /charter sign <id> and deposit required mina with /treasury deposit <amount> <id>. You can check charter requirements status with /charter info <id>. Players can check their activity and signature status with /charter check.
