Shedding light on the unfortunate events that occurred an Elven/Saints day prior. The neutral territory, Commerce City State of Kaethul, came under attack from bandits. My dear friend and steward, Ar-Malna paid five hundred Minas for the safe return of an individual visiting Kaethul - out of kindness and compassion, when used as a hostage against her.

After a thorough investigation, and opening diplomatic channels with Veletz. The culprits of this attack were discovered to be very loosely related mercenaries acting completely of their own volition and without knowledge of Haelun'or or Kaethuls neutrality. Veletz has thoroughly disciplined these mercenaries and paid every mina back of the five hundred- without hesitation.

Kaethul maintains it's neutrality, and will receive refugees from any affected nation, providing food, shelter and work for those that need it.

GUILDS & ADVENTURERS
The Commerce City of Kaethul is searching for guilds, groups of adventurers, coalitions of merchants, ship crews, orders of righteous paladins and more to fill its bountiful docks, its vast guildhalls, secretive hidden chambers and more! Space enough for dozens of members, at only fifty minas a week ((OOC: that’s almost 2 days of voting for one person)).

Are you strong? Physically able or magically powerful? Willing to fight but also lead? Kaethul is searching for Royal Arbiters. Individuals who will be allowed to own a fort at the same cost as a normal house, providing space for numerous retainers to fight for the neutrality of the Commerce City-State.

The Elf captain furrowed his brows at this response "Seems so many of these attacks are being seen through by 'loosely-related mercenaries'. Why do you cowards continue to hire ruthless killers who have shown time and time again to want nothing more then to sow chaos into our lands?"

He crumpled the paper and threw it into the water before letting loose the sails and catching the wind.

"Where is a response from your beloved Captain-General? Does he too hide behind your false god while you send your goons to destroy innocent lives?"
