Introducción

For many years the Viceroyalty of Hyspia claimed its title under the preface of being a vassal to the Dual Kingdom of Hanseni-Ruska. Under the recent circumstances leading to the full independence of the Viceroyalty, however not the claim to its former glory as the Kingdom of Hyspia. The nation finds it best to dissolve the title of “Viceroyalty” and instead move along to a new title better acclaimed with the nation.

The Soberanía

From this day, the 11th, Hyspia shall be known as The Sovereignty of Hyspia. Presided by Soberana Ramona de Pelear, and Soberano-Consort Dimitri of Koravia. All claims to the title of “Viceroy, Vicereine, and Viceroyalty” will hence further be dissolved and no longer a claim to the rising nation and her people.
