MODERATION QUESTION - DISCORD SWEAR FILTER.

For a while now in the Urguan discord we have had a 'swear-word' filter that our glorious Grand King and Discord Admin xXEnderking has forced upon our dwarven discord.
Personally, I found this quite annoying alongside other members as I expect to be able to use low-ground swears like 'f-ck' and 'shit' in the discord for the Dwarven community, which is not one averse to swearing and being very blunt in roleplay.

However, when asked why it is enforced in such a way he claims it is a rule set by Moderator policy, even when mods say it isn't enforced.
And he will only remove it if the Moderators release a forum statement that it isn't.

I wanna ask the Moderators, is this an actual thing?

My experience in other discords is that it has never been enforced anywhere, even in the Moderation team's own discord I am allowed to say 'shit, f-ck, dumbass.' and other such things if not meant in a derogatory way towards others. Every other nation discord that I know of doesn't enforce these rules and I would find it disheartening if Urguan is the only discord restricted by such silliness, or if Urguan is the only discord adhering to a legitimate rule and the others get to get away with breaking the rules.

Is there a real mod-policy enforced 'swear-filter'?
