Being a GM sounds fun but i'm not sure i would get enough support, so I will just enjoy being an average joe for now.

I think being popular within the right community is crucial to getting GM (Robin Drake, Kittenaid), but it doesn't mean everything by far. Also, being too good at RP ruins the career for you ;)

I personally have no desire to become a GM, as it seems to get testing as soon as the flair washes off. Also, I'd become corrupt too quickly :twisted:

Good luck to the honorable individuals that stick their neck out, though. I'm sure promotion time is right around the corner.

Made a new app (I have like, 2 prev ones cause I was stupid before and thought I could become GM like instantly, but I have learned a lot since then so yea, new app) hopefully it speaks for itself even though its somewhat short. :)

Ah this is a wonderful thing to hear, I am really glad the GM team are going to be getting some fresh faces in the ranks. It's a pity that the current ones are not all up to the job these days - however it does offer up a very nice opportunity for up and coming GMs to show their potential!

Huh, that's odd. When I think of that I think of an unreachable goal that one can only dream of, which ironically stars symbolize in of themselves. Never hearing the song or anime or whatever I can't relate, but that's just what I think of when I think of that phrase. It likely would make more sence in context though, but I digress.

My personal thing about being a GM would be being a reliable worker and work to help to players and help them solve problems. Being famous shouldn't make you a gm.... but I guess it helps in those two people's cases.
