It will be based off Oblivian and LotR mordor and minas terith cobfrintaion Im looking for builders, lore writers, voxel users, and roleplayers to help on this. I want it to be an epic surprise and like to keep it secret. If you would like to help please pm me and I shall give you the downlow. This topic will be updated acordingly. Helpers gotten. Lore being written. Server is needed... might host it if my laptop can handle it. Nstive needs to accept it but no pressure ;P. Goal 1. Get a Server 2. Install basic mods and voxel sniper 3. Hiebe 2493 Author Share Posted April 6, 2012 A little teaser I had in mind "The boat rocks left to right as the rain pours. The captian yells orders to the seamen to keep the ship a float. You worry you wouldnt make this trip but glad you did. You think back to when you first got the message from the courier. The Templar's were asking for many warriors and workers to help them but you never knew the island where they were at was so far out from the mainland. Weeks you have been throwing up over the starboard sidem and trying to keep your self occupied during this very long trip. The boat takes another hit from a large wave and a sailor yells "Land Ho"! You grab your things and look and see a island in the distance. As you near it you see a great dark cloud over most of the island. It originates from the massive volcano to the west and a pocket of clear sky is over massive ruins of what seemed an old castle. The captain tells you they will be sailing to the ruins on the cliff. That is where the Templar's are. The ship slowly comes next to the makeshift dock and the sailors secure the lines. The captain takes you and the four other warriors who have also been on the boat, off and escorts them to the top of the cliff to where the others are at. After climbing you finally arrive at your destination and see the groups of tents and fires where other warriors sleep. You see a blacksmith at an anvil repairing armor and antoehr group of warriors getting ready for a patrol. A stocky dwarf turns to you and your group and says "Ah gud gud! For mortals it is where they believe it exists, kings, queens, lords and ladies. For merchants it's money. For magicians and wizards it's knowledge. For priests it's their gods... But gods do not think of power in the sense that mortals do... No, gods are the maniaical puppeteers behind the stage of the world. Pulling at strings until the world is shaped to their mold, succumbed by their power... In some ways, the gods' lust for power is almost what makes them... Mortal... And all mortals can be slain... Our story begins with none other than a naive wizard, a man who has grown pompous with his seemingful knowledge and powers of the arcane. <insert wizard's name>, a human no less, has learned in one of his many scrolls of the ancients of the Verge. A forgotten god on a forgotten island. His followers and servants have long since perished from this wretched plain and without servants, a god is not a god. Merely a lonesome entity that holds the memories of the ages. And the hole in his being of a power that once was his. <insert evil monster name, blarg> a lonesome, hateful creature. Long descended from the spectral realms and castaway upon the mortal dimension of the Verge. Years and years, centuries and centuries have come and gone. Trapped upon his island in the mountain that is his cell, <monster> rests in anguish and agony. His mind long trickled into a state of depression and pschysophrania(sp?). He pretends a ceremony is being held in his honor with the skeletons of his followers, holds pretend sacrifices in his name, and shows flavorless displays of power to himself. He has long forgotten the outside realms of Asulon and is content within the prison of the mountain, and the prison of his mind.
