I have found something very important! I advise all of you to read it. Please do.

I was given a blue orb by a monk, the reason is irrelevant, I was curious to what it did, so i tried mixing it with something in my bag, which happened to be an orange powder (blaze powder) I mixed this with the blue orb and it turned green. I was curious as to what it did so i tried smashing it, hitting it, and a lot more. Eventually i decided to throw it at the nearest tree. To my surprise it went the other way, and dropped. The eye may be very powerful, and lead to treasure. Maybe even the lair of this dragon which you speak of.
