Oh, sorry. I just re-read my post.. yeah, that didn't make much sense, sorry. I posted it when I was exceptionally tired. I edited it for it to make sense.

It's no problem. Your question has been answered and added to the list.

The Kharajyr live in a harsh jungle enviroment and they have a completely different genetic structure to ALL the other races. They are the only race where it's not possible to cross-breed them with any other race. How will they react to the plague?

You should do some research on tiger's and cat's immune systems and their differences to humans.

The Plague is foreign to Asulon, that is why it is so deadly - combined with it's ability to adapt and evolve of course. By the method of thinking, the Plague is also foreign to the Khara'jyr, therefore I would imagine it would have a similar effect to what the Aegisian races are experiencing at this time.

As said in the main post for the Plague, it affects "Both Man, Crops and Beasts" - and even if the Plague did have some trouble adapting to Kharaj'yian bodies, it would soon be a threat to them.

However, Khara'jyians have exceptional extrasensory skills, and would most likely be able to smell infested or blighted food, crops, and beasts before they consume them. Although they would not know that the awful smell is a disease, they'd probably presume the food rotten and not consume it.

If Orcs are immune due to their harsh way of life, does that mean that characters who have lived similarly are immune?

our imunity comes from generations of harsh life, the weak and susceptible to diseases die, and only those with strong immune systems survive

((As the golem messed with its core in the temple and turned all the people there's blood to an antidote we could heal people with our blood, but someone has said that the infection has evolved and is now stronger so our blood doesn't work. Is this official as if its not then other's wont know and will still heal with their blood?))

I've seen plenty of them. An orc was sighted at the temple selling the painkilling soup the monks were giving out to the afflicted yesterday. He neglected to mention that he'd watered it down with water from the Cloud Temple ponds to 'make' more of it. Earlier that day people were throwing infected dead bodies into those ponds.

That cure did work on that strain of it, as the core was made from one of the first victims, but the disease has adapted once again. Even if you did have a huge stock of golem cores (there was only one), the disease is too adaptable, too widespread has too many strains to cure it that way. I think what few golems you could find would likely object to being destroyed to make a fleeting and temporary cure, and the disease has likely adapted to that attack on it anyway.

Would not logging on be considered as "going to the far reaches of the globe"?

Not like I can log on anyway without a keyboard...

Question: Would it be possible to make false, cheap "cure" that only lessens the symptoms for a short time?

Yes. I suspect a VA for deception would help here though... making money off who are dieing is pretty villainous in my books - only if you know the Cure is placebo though. If you believe it actually works, that's not villainous, right?

Yes, logging out for a extended period of time counts as being in isolation.

Freya I have a question can I do what I did yesterday, but on a larger scale?

I would imagine you could, yes.

How easy is it for each race to get the disease? I know once you have it it's deadly but every RP game/book I've read have had it very hard for dwarves to get sick and almost impossible for elves but I'm not sure if this applies to the races of Asulon

((We should have never gone to Adyton.

To those who are wondering, There is an easy cure that completely ends the plague, and you can administer it to yourself just like the Adyton's did.

The cure is....Death.))
