Regardless of the fact that you fail to mention the second, much more organized google doc, the community has still not been given proof that each individual player had taken part in the trolling.

In my honest opinion, this all got blown out of proportion. The Flays and everyone in their channel should not have moved to the Mori Channel to bother Dusk and Respiren. I mean, seriously if your going to tell a huge group in TS to move to another channel, expect there to be loud noises, screaming and stupidity. However, another point brought up was that Respiren went "Ban happy" which was not the case. He could have been banning every one who joined the channel to find the screamer and to punish the ones who followed the troll into the channel. In my opinion, Respiren and Dusk are in the right, and I do believe there are many others who would agree with me.

As for people bothering Dusk and Respiren, I do think your crossing a thin line when you do this stupid unnecessary verbal harassment. What you need to realize is that Dusk and Respiren are different, and while their actions are unconventional, it gets results. At the end of the day, I rather see results, rather then those who deserve to be banned remaining unbanned and things that need to be done not being done by our wonderful GM and Admin team.

It's quite simple

If you don't like someone, ignore them unless you need them in the most dire emergencies. Even then, remain RESPECTFUL and NEVER talk behind their back. This is a community, and we better start acting like one before we have another incident like this one happening again.

And remember, you can't get anything done. If you don't have proof. If you have your proof against someone you think is abusive, then make a formal letter to the admins. Do NOT call them out on the website, write up a Google doc, and have a group chat with the GMs in order to discuss your issues and try to resolve them

I expect better from all of you. I've been here for one year, and I will expect nothing less then a group of mature individuals that resolve their issues in a formal and mature way. If you can't do that, then don't complain until you can.

With that said, lets move past this. Become better from it, and learn.

Just ask, i've asked you plenty of times why i was banned, the first time it took me making a fail appeal because i didnt know why i was banned, the second, it took 10 minuites for you to give me an edgey answer, and that was blaming me for a bogus new reason to stay banned.

And Vardak, stop saying it was all the Flays who went into there channel, were you there for this? If you heard it was all flays by someone else, it was probably because people, from oren and the war uzg chill in the flay channel a lot aswell. Though, i agree with action being taken agaisnt the group for yelling into a GM's channel.. its just stupid, i wasnt apart of it but im still being blamed by Respiren, which is probably why he just TS banned me, i wouldn't know, i wasn't given a reason/nor was i confronted with evidence.

What I see here is a ton of self-entitlement. People grow up in a free society and believe it is their god given right that they can say or do whatever they want anywhere.

It doesn't work that way. When you go to someone's house, its their rules. You forfeit your rights upon entering. If you say something they don't like, they can evict you from their home.

Online is no different. You're playing on a server that is not your own. Any donations you make is like bringing soda or chips to a party. Great you livened up the party. But if you disrupt it, you're getting thrown out.

LotC is Native's house. He has people like Respiren helping him keep things clean. Native is standing by Respiren's means. I don't believe Respiren has anything personal against the Flays, if he's like me, he doesn't even know or care who is who.

What he does care about is keeping RP fun and thriving for everyone. I've had my disagreements with him in the past, but once we realized we have the same goals, we got along again. The goal is to have good solid RP.

If that is truly everyone's goal in these ban appeals and petitions, then instead of crying and complaining they need to take a different approach. Work with the system instead of against it (its ok, you don't have to be a rebellious teen here). If your banned, post your appeals, apologize, and go back to RPing once appealed. If your not banned, please just continue RPing along. I am serious about this. There's no reason for all this fuss. The server isn't worse off for what Respiren has done.

As a Semi side thing (I don't mean to start nothing) But I feel some bans should be a bit more lenient (case by case of course) I was banned a few days ago, on a day off by respiren while AFK for "flyhacking" I was rather distressed as I came back to "Banned hacks" and then in my appeal at first he simply said "you where clearly flyhacking" to which I replied I've never used hacks, he then claimed I must be simply unobservant. This was my first ban, I have no record of anything, I felt the way I could have been treated in trying to get unbanned could have been handled.. in a more nicer tone. As far as I know, there also wasn't any ban report (I tried to find one) so it was simply a Gm's word against me. Like I said I did get unbanned in the end, and I am thankful, but as just a random guy who plays after work, or on his days off, I found the whole situation distressing, I had no information of what I did until after. I also really had to plead my case for it to go through, and like I said this was my first offense, and I even posted I was banned while afk. I understand some people try to play the system, or yeah you could be having a bad day, but sometimes it's better to come across as kind instead of judge jury and executioner.

Like I said not trying to start anything, but this was my one encounter with him in a ban, and as an outsider in a different situation, I honestly almost felt I wasn't going to get unbanned for something that I had no evidence against.
