One of the reasons he referred to your guild as metagamers, was because he witnessed your planning for a raid which was all done over teamspeak. Now, I am not sure if you are fully aware but TS is not used for rp therefore your planning was ooc and then applied ingame. Banning some of the flays may actually help them become better rpers because teamspeak in general is a distraction and makes it easy to metagame by talking to each other rather than discussing it in game.

I wasn't aware of anything along these lines happening. Granted, I have been away for a few months, but we have never used a teamspeak channel, so as to keep metagamers from spying on us. On that note, I don't recall ever planning a raid with the guild, and I even if referring to us as metagamers is true (and I'm not saying it is, because we despise metagaming, and people who metagame us), we still didn't deserve the other things he said about us.

2. I am not rubbing it in your face. You just gave a totally incorrect reason for being blacklisted again. Obviously you do not understand why. That was why. It has nothing to do with teamspeak-it was going to be done by Robin as soon as he found out anyway.
   
   
3. Clearly Urasept went the wrong way about it to overturn an Admin decision. If a staff member seeks to overturn the decision of another member, there are processes which need to occur, otherwise we get the appearance of undermining and miscommunication, which we see now. If Urasept sought to unrevoke your VA, he should have spoken with Robin about it. (An Admin decision is far more difficult to overturn as a GM)
   
   
   

You seem to not have all the facts concerning the situation.

No other facts need to be had. I know for a fact that his VA was going to be revoked again, if not by Respiren by Robin. A few of us found it incredibly fishy that an Admin decision had been overturned without that Admin's apparent knowledge or consent. (Mind you this is all before this situation you speak of-everyone is using this as an excuse to try and weasel out of it)

So once again I maintain-BannanaToYou's VA being revoked a second time was not in response to anything he did in Teasmspeak, it was because it was never to be unrevoked to begin with.

We have teamspeak to allow us to converse with friends. I know for a fact that it has helped forge many friendships which otherwise would not have developed in its absence. It has always been considered ooc and using this information in game is still metagaming.

Our guild doesn't have a TS channel, and we never plan anything to do with the guild in TS due to metagamers, so I don't see how he got that we metagame from TS.

Also the fact that there was a raid, which I, and some other members of the guild have never even heard of.

I know right. I had been in the DB since Aegis and I haven't ever took part in a raid that was done on TS.

Explain to me again why we have teamspeak?

It's for discussing with players / staff OOCly, creating an easier way to communication. It also / should bring the community closer together, as we're talking to each other via voice.

Though people use it for RP communication, like trading diamonds, raiding... etc. People wonder why there isn't a lot of RP.

First of all, I don't remember DB hosting a raid, and I don't remember DB ever using TS. They are not so foolish to discuss matters on a public server, especially when THEY'RE the ones who get meta'd on a daily basis.

And notice how Respiren called us Skype metagamers because he witness some random crap on TS regarding the DB.

Am I the only one who noticed an inconsistency?

So you read the document...but you only went over one tiny part of it. I don't see why everyone is treating Bannanna's revoked Va like its the biggest issue, Robin the least you can do is go over all the complaints on the document, not just the situations of a few players...

I thought GMs where supposed to be approachable with your Problems, quite frankly most players I know are afraid to go in the Mori channel because frankly; they don't want to be banned....

Joining a ts channel isn't bannable, you know more happened than that!

If you were told to join the mori channel, and had ANY idea of what they were planning on doing - then you're guilty. (trolls act the worst when they have a audience)

If you were told to join the mori channel, and had NO idea of what they were planning - It's either your fault for trusting this player, or you can say it's the players fault for convincing you to come.

Either way, the group is the one to blame - not one person

Perhaps if apologies came before petitions laden with disrespectful images / quotes - things would be simpler :/
