This has been completely blown out of proportion, you're acting as though this trolling was all big and serious. Well it wasn't, we simply left the Flay team speak chat and join the Mori, and as Respiren is out to ban all the Flays it doesn't surprise me why we all got perma banned one bit.

Also, after everyone had already left the mori channel, Bannana actually stayed in. He wasn't trolling one bit, maybe he actually wanted some information on the mori? Did they take that into account? Or did they just want to ban another Flay.

Let us be civil; shall we? If it were only -your- business, Robin would not have made a very public post on this - T'is a forum and subjects such as this often lead to responses.

Villains, seem to forget that they are here to provide good, interesting and engaging RP, rather than looting, or stealing from chests upon any given opportunity.

I have, and if it can be proven that he was one of the people screaming, I would agree that he does not deserve one. My main argument is that these players were judged before it could even be decided who was guilty and who was innocent.

If you read the google docs chat, it's very clear that he doesn't care.

Instead he started generalizing and labeling a certain group of people as metagamers. And as a person who was a member of this "group", I can very well say that right now, because of what he said, that I am filled with so much rage.

The players have asked Respiren to provide proof that BannanaToYou had any involvement in the trolling incident, but instead it would seem from the chat that Respiren has been evading the question, and immediately changing topics.

Trolling around with a few friends

...is contradictory to the definition of trolling. This is all but confirms my fear, that the definition of trolling that this server has is far, far too broad and far too subjective. Robin, if it isn't too much trouble, could you rewrite this rule without using the word 'trolling' at all? It'll make everything much clearer, and remove the subjectivity which is part of the problem.

This topic was made in place to clear up confusion about Banana's Revoke (+ the trolling + Divinus). Rumours spread. Rumours are usually bad. If it's such a huge issue, topics like these are made. Except for that, my statement still stays:

Stay out of our business, it's for your own good.

And as I said before, the player's position as a villain is everyone's business.

Regardless of that, the issue Im arguing about is the fact that Respiren gave out such harsh punishments to people that he couldn't even prove were guilty. We dont know that Banana took part in the trolling, but he was punished anyways.

They'll never understand if you don't even tell them what these additional revokation rules are, or make them ambigious.

If someone is cruel to animals you ban them from keeping pets, you don't revoke their driver's licence. If someone drives like a lunatic, you revoke their drivers licence but you don't ban them from owning pets. You only ban them from driving and from owning pets if they are both a lunatic driver and cruel to animals. Revoking a VA for unrelated OOC actions is ridiculous, and mocks the server's disciplinary systems.

Note that this is not why Bananatoyou's VA was revoked. As Robin stated in his post, Bananatoyou's VA was revoked because he was already blacklisted from VAs.
