Administrative And Policy Changes

Greetings players!

This is a very important thread that is extremely important for you to read. Shiftnative, our Lead Developer has stepped down from his position - and therefore we now have a large change in the formation of our Administration Team, as well as some slight changes to policy.

We are now making it policy to ensure that our players experience the best possible Minecraft Roleplay Experience that we can offer. Player opinions are now paramount to us building a server that you can once again experience the best possible roleplay on, and we really do hope we can offer that. Do not be afraid to voice any opinions - we want to here them, and I will personally ensure that you are allowed to voice them.

Myself and Urasept have been promoted to Administrator so that we can fulfill specific duties and replace the administrators that we have lost.

The administration team will now perform the duties that Shiftnative previously did. The specific roles of each administrator is now listed below:

• Mogroka - Lore Manager
• Urasept - Head of the GM Team / Villain Application Administrator
• Danny - Player Relations / Community Administrator / Application Administrator
• Lirinya - Community Manager
• Tythus - Website Administrator, FM Leader, External Relations and Technical Supervisor

The Global Moderation team still stands as is, and will see no major changes just yet.
The Forum Moderation team still stands as is, and will see no major changes just yet.
The Technical Team still stands as is, and will see no major changes just yet - we still have Dgco (Reag) and Alec as our technicians.
Viper3x has also now become one of our Website Administrators, in replacement for pumpkin_eaters.

In regards to team leaders, things have not changed - excluding, Roze’s promotion to Head of the Guides, and Respiren to Head of Application Team with Danny remaining as Administrator of the team.

Please be aware, that we will now assign specific GMs to the specific races, in the formation as follows:

• Elves - Oceas, Urasept
• Dwarves - Zezimus, Sir_Wyvernos
• Humans - Braxis, Sultan_Mogroka
• Orcs - Rhia, Schwan

As a team, we are now aiming to ensure that we can provide the best Minecraft roleplaying experience for you. We will take your opinions and views into account with any decisions that we make, and try our very best to provide you with the highest quality server possible. Our priority aim is now to ensure that you can enjoy playing and feel safe voicing your opinions - so, have an opinion - tell us!

Yeah that's cool make two GMs who don't even play orcs assigned to our race. Schwann just plays league now anyways, make Mogroka our gm :P or braxis because he has an Orc also or saviordude
