What The Heck Is Going On?

Okay, now I'm very curious, and I'd like to get the communities opinions/feedback or whatever. There was a certain period not too long ago when alot of staff members dropped off, and I heard many rumors that another staff member pushed most if not all of them leave. And now Hawk's post about leaving, mentions the same person.

 

This could all be misinformed or a 'rumor', but I'd like to ask what this person has done? Why do people continue to drop off the staff wagon because of this one person? Or does (insert_Name_here) actually have nothing to do with any of this?

Assuming there is something at play, here, I don't think we'd find out about it. Plus, the staff have their own perspective of the community that comes from being behind the scenes. They can see a different side of the server than we. This certainly is interesting, but we can't know for sure the nature of what's happening on the other side.

What is going on? I'm sure that we will progress as a server and community to greater heights, but it doesn't start with the leaving of a bunch of staff. I as well want to know, but I don't necessarily think it's because of one person. Maybe they're just getting tired of all the work... >_<

Today we lost yet another major part of LoTC, yet although we may not like to accept it, they can all be replaced. The server is teeming with great potential and as one falls, another rises to the challenge. It matters not if we lose them, for we will only gain more. And this theory hasn't failed us as of yet.

 

Hawk will be dearly missed, just like all the other staff that have stepped down/left. But hey ho, it's a video game and it'll go on without them nontheless. "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened".

It might possibly be that there is some distrust among the gms and -this person- is offering a opportunity on his new server. Witch I would also like to know, is it up yet and if so has anyone been on to check it out? -edit sorry, I thought we were talking about someone else no mogroka.

The wording of Hawk's post certainly implies something a bit sinister, but I'm not exactly sure he intended that. It's unclear, at least, to me.
