Couriers dash about the various cities and settlements of Oren, accompanied by a set of young criers, all spreading word of the coming wedding. One courier above all is heard, his young voice shrieking and cracking horribly as he rings a bell incessantly.

“HEAR YE, HEAR YE! IN THE COMING DAYS THERE WILL BE A WEDDING HELD IN OUR MOST ILLUSTRIOUS HOLY OREN EMPIRE’S CAPITAL, WHERE THE LOVELY LADY PRINCESS LYNESSE HOREN-HIGHTOWER WILL BE WED TO THE HANDSOME AND BENEVOLENT LORD MARQUIS THOMAS CHIVAY! THE AWE-INSPIRING CATHEDRAL WILL HOST THIS GRAND OCCASION, AND A FOLLOWING RECEPTION WILL BE HELD IN THE MAGNIFICENT PALACE IN THE CITY OF KINGSTON, SALVUS! ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND, WITH A FEW PERSONS SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED!”

The crier clears his throat, running off in some random direction to deliver the message to another portion of the city. Meanwhile, pairs of boys mull about, plastering posters all along the walls, detailing the specifics of the wedding.

Furthermore, any guest that causes trouble will be swiftly escorted out and left to the will of the White Rose security(Note: The wedding does not hold accountable the actions of the security forces.).

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SET OF ATTIRE AND A GIFT IS RECOMMENDED.

Laila stands in Salvus listening to the crier. Her eyes widen for a moment. This was not a good sign. She shook her head and took a breath. She would need to either talk to Sir James, or Lady Lynesse herself. If this wedding went on, her alliance with Salvus could be jeopardized. She then gets a better idea, maybe this would be her chance to talk to Thomas Chivay himself about the alliance with the dark elves. She moves to the poster and frowns. Honestly, this made this difficult. Well if the Roses wanted to ban Elves, she would work around it. She wrote down a letter and sent it with her hawk. She will meet with him herself.

For the next Elven Day, Taera seems a little more giddy than usual.
