You can keep the settlements, they will be useful against Oren. But just make them used in times of defense otherwise keep it in the capital.

Well Brom'Krah...

Indeed it has gone to a ghost town, the people went inactive or left Lotc, now theres a few people that lives and works there.

But, I wonder why holds like Brom'krah could not be used for farms etc. Like Brom'krah already has pretty much farm land which is also used by the Adunians. The area at the river that crosses Brom'Krah could be used for farms. I don't know what you think but I kinda like to leave the keep be since I(/we) was also going to change and remake it. instead of removing keeps and castles found around Urguan emipre could be used as "Wards" or defence points for the empire.

I also would like to note that if I'm right the dwarven farm cave is almost under Brom'Krah so if Brom'Krah would be used as farm land it would be easy to transport the resources from Brom'Krah to the caves with tunnels.

Just a few suggestions, it's not my decision since Brom'Krah is pretty empty right now.

I don't think any cities should be removed, they should however be downsized and condensed. The cities spread so over so much land. The houses should be back to back with a few blocks in between, not large tracks of land that's not farmland.

The holds do see more rp than the capital. . .I personally think that it is because the capital is underground that makes it experience rp scarcely. Just think about it. . .Kal'Karik was underground and it was empty most of the time, but Holds like Vaerhaven, and Kal'Alras, and Kal'Dwain used to experience loads of rp, at least as I remember.

I think that it is more the distance to Kal'Azgoth. It is one of the farthest away citys from spawn I believe. Abresi is really far away, and until they pulled people out of Salvus it was pretty empty to. Vaerhaven can be seen from blackmaul crossing, so by the time people are there they just go to Vaerhaven (because they dont want to travel any farther)

There are nine holds controlled by the dwarves, Kal'Azgoth, Kal'Urir, Kal'Alras, Kal'Rin, Vaerhaven, Kastoria, Barbek, Brom'Krah and Dal'Cais.

Kal'Azgoth is the central area for the dwarven race as a hole so it is going to stay.

Kal'Urir is the small hold owned by the Doomforge and really serves no purpose other than it being a house fer the Doomforge.

Kal'Alras is an empty area we used to repopulate the old Kal'Halla but from what I hear is empty and also serves no purpose.

Kal'Rin was mean't to be the new city built for the old residents of Kal'Halla so they could live inside dwarven lands but construction was cancelled and so it really isn't a hold.

Vaerhaven is where most of our elves go and is a town with a lot of fruitful RP, the town also harbors many villains which gives the legion something to do most of the time.

Kastoria has had bad days and good days and after the Edict was placed into it, it gained a bigger populace however after a while there has been no RP there, however I believe it should stay as  the Nieric Order are now living there and there are a few edict members still active there, it dosn't have the biggest populace but it's populated.

Barbek may only have 2 or 3 members living inside of it but they have HUGE farms that supply the Kingdom with most of our food and so think of it more as a farm not a hold.

Brom'Krah did used to have quite a few people however it is now a ghost town and serves no purpose other then taking up space, so in honesty we could remove it as theres not really any point of it being there.

Dal'Cais is where the entire Adunian race (Except for those few rebels) lives and /always/ has RP in it, in my opinion it should stay.

With the banishment of the Nieric Order, Kastoria's population has plummeted.

Nope. We have a base there, and at training time there is 25+ at the base, you may go there at bad times

That is certainly not true. I have seen your gatherings before and you have maybe 8 if your lucky,

My opinion is, just call all the Dwarves from the Holds back to the capitol, leave the Humans, Adunians and Elves out and about in their holds. Advertise holds, don't destroy them. Vaerhaven and Whitescar are the most advertised holds a the moment, and they have all the people. Advertise the other holds before abandoning them. Also Igor, your description of Kal'Rin and Kal'Alras are completely wrong. Kal'Rin was the place we meant to put the Kal'Halla people, now it is being turned into a city of tombs from my understanding. Kal'Alras was a new name for land that was to be given to people from old alras.

Oh the flashbacks of Kal'Urguan, where we try to get Dwarves to stay put in the city.

Well best way to advertize for Kal'Azgoth is to do some Deep Road events. It's one of the best ways to get people interested in the Dwarven Lands. All you need is some good pale elf like feral skins, and get someone to do the events. Just have what's down their raid our city, which is a perfect opprotunity for our mini antagonist since we are at war I think. ((haven't been on lately.)) Since there is this whole thing going on with the North, we can brew our own thing for the South, though I don't know who's in charge of the antagonist for Dwarves, or what they have planned for us, but we can do the events then that would bring us closer to home, at the same time defending ourselves from Humans when they attack.

I suggest to take out that one place by the mushroom forest with all the dead tree trunks, forgot the name of the city but no one lives there at all anymore from what I've seen. Also can take out that settlement with the white wool and redwood houses, I think that place is completely dead as well.

I believe you are talking about Barbek hold, and Kastoria. Barbek is pretty empty, to be honest and there is no point to Barbek since Storm's Crossing is right next to it. As of the white wool and redwood houses, I believe you are talking about Kastoria. After going through the region list and getting rid of the many people that are banned/inactive, I was still left with many people who are still active however I do not believe they actually live in the city, or just don't go to the city and instead go to places like Oren because stuff is actually happening there.

As of the Deeproads, the problem with the Deeproads is that I never really finished them on the Dev server. There is some places that are just plain stone and nasty, and some places that are just voxeled areas. So as you enter the Deeproads you might get an amazing detailed landscape, but while you get deeper the place will get more dull and boring because I was never able to finish them. As far as the antagonist goes, I do not think the lore was ever complete besides the dragon, or god being that lived down there.. so there isn't really any lore for the big spider down there, or the savages really, so I don't think what we will fight down there will be that eventful.

As the other holds are mostly populated by other races rather than dwarves, destroying them would not increase the activity of the capital.

Perhaps, to further increase Role Play, cities that are abandoned should become ghost towns. Most of the would would have rotted, so the buildings would either be stone outlines of buildings or cracked shadows of their former selves. Cave spiders and silverfish should haunt these grounds, and bandits can find a welcome home in these abandoned cities.

Barbek-Largest Food Source

Brom'Ka- One of the most defendable

Vearhaven- Most populated

Kastoria- Should be taken down and all residents moved to Brom'Ka
