SirSnowMan 318 Share Posted July 19, 2013 Unfortunately i've got two conflicting sides to this story, and this one seemed more interesting than leaving some griefy-looking hole in the ground. ((It happened in rp though, it doesn't make sense for that big of a portion to be remaining.))

Zezimus 1523 Share Posted July 19, 2013 ((I think having proper ruins of the old Dreadfort remaining would make more sense. Something similar to how Wrath's Clutch was left in Aegis for example, more rubble and bricks. Since it was burnt down and nearly entirely collapsed after the event we did, it seems strange that it'd be so well intact.))

SirSnowMan 318 Share Posted July 20, 2013 ((Ok, CJ, you weren't even at the event. The supports got destroyed, and the entire thing got caught on fire. Siege weapons on the roof ended up falling down through the roof because the support beams and such were destroyed. The whole reason why we had to move to the place near Abresi in rp was because it was destroyed. I don't think it's your call to say what happened to it.)) Samoblivion 532 Share Posted July 20, 2013 Kambasor Moraak trudges across the battlements of the Glurtzfolok's forward command post in the ruins of Castle Greywynn. It had been a slow day, all in all, aside from the usual murder of some would-be hero who dared to challenge the might of the North. Moraak pauses and looks across the desolation to the ruined fortress south of the walls. It was obviously a security risk - despite its battered appearance, some Southerner force could put in a few supports and use it as an artillery vantage point. No doubt he and his brethren would be called upon to take the fortress in the near future. As Moraak thinks this, the fortress vanishes from view. Growling in confusion, he wipes he rubs his eyes and stares. Still no fortress. He grumbles something about pesky Fashots and their faulty magics and walks on. Hobolympic 1093 Share Posted July 20, 2013 ((The ruins are not facing the wrong way. What you see on the picture, is only the first part of the fort still standing. The throne room part has apparently crumbled down.)) ((EDIT: Trust me, I designed it.)) ((EDIT 2: Actually, it is facing the wrong way! Lol. You should correct it.)) Cjmate 1270 Share Posted July 20, 2013 If the former Blackmonts do not want the ruins to be there, we will respect their wishes. You can change it back to just flat land and we will just build camps there instead. It is not my desire to cause an ooc blood feud. we simply thought that this would be the best rp and were quite excited.)) Edit: I was told that the main part in contest was the standing part of the castle. we just want the ruins. I agree with Zezimus.))
