Death in duel = super speed boost for about 10 sec

Thought I'd post about it :)

 

Issue being addressed right now. I tested the plugin on a 1.6.2 server where slowness doesn't break at high levels. Woops!

Telanir, the tree drops plugin has a lot of bugs, you should change that quickly as well.

There's quite a few that have been reported today, but the only one I can remember off the top of my head is the fact that using shears gives you both leaves and the drops from the leaves, meaning you can get infinite items - although eventually gold will be more worthless than it currently is.

He means the tech team just did it without warning anyone or giving them a chance for input on the idea.

We will be getting another update out on the Duel plugin early tomorrow morning when Tel can put it up. It will address the current issue for armor not being taken into account when calculating the fatal damage, add a new /duel surrender command for surrendering a duel, and fix the current issues not being removed correctly from some of the lists in certain circumstances. v1.2

The knockout plugin being removed was the only thing to argue about and they created the duel plugin within 24 hours due to massive request for one back.  The crypt was a part of Aegis.  Nobody was asked when it was implemented then, what is the big deal now?

What is the invulnerability time for duels, I've accidentally killed someone in a duel twice now, no real harm done just minor inconveniences, but it seems shorter than the knock out phase.

The current invulnerability time is around 200 ticks which is around 10 seconds. You should basically just stop hitting the person once you see the "blood" effects happening on the player and the message that says you won the duel. I understand that it could be an issue though with some of the current lag the server is experiencing! :/
