A loud crack echos through the halls as Gestah throws open the great doors to his study.  Troubled, the Proconsul of Gallmore, Leader of the "IC" party, Overseer of the Luskan Tower, Master Distiller of the Gallmore Scotch Distillery, Comptroller of District 37 of Gallmore, Lord of the Party Planning Committee,  Judge Magister of Gallmore, Protector of the Cakeman Faith, Captain of the Crimson Raven , Partner in VonSchlichten, VonSchlichten, VonSchlichten and VonSchlichten Law Offices had many thoughts on his mind.  He could not idly sit by as a people oppressed by tilted paintings continued to be oppressed in the once peaceful community. 

 

Gestahl knew he must act.  He could not wait for the senators' approval on such a dire matter. He plotted. He schemed behind closed doors.  Aid must be sent....

 

In a piece of emergency legislation, Gestahl rushes through a piece of legislation.  No support would he find in the senate for such an action without bribes and promises. He called a secret meeting of a military council. They approved.

 

Gestahl sat at his desk and signed off on a document with a flourish.
