Darek bites into an apple watching Dreek raid Salvus and kill shields. He wonders if he should do anything, then decides it's not his problem.

"Ha, Salvus is trapped, they can't go back to the dwarves, and they can't go independent in a sea of hostile nations, they're stuck with Oren now, checkmate you stupid southerners."

((Salvus was a vassal, so the land was dwarven land. You must declare war against the the dwarves and rebel before you can officially switch hands for the land.))

((Based off the precedent established by the Urguan-sponsored creation of the Kingdoms of Galahar and Savoie, I think we can consider this not the case. This precedent is somewhat less applicable, however, because Galahar was a breakoff from the Renatian kingdom, whereas Salvus was its own Kingdom and only swore allegiance to a new monarch (twice, now).

In fact, an even better precedent is the switch of fealty from Oren to Urguan by Salvus done in the late days of the Dwarf v Human war, also sponsored by Urguan.))

((The terms where established when meanking died, shortly after they re-affirmed there vassalship. All I am saying is that some kind of statement must happen before you leave. Actually declare the succession))

((Is this not considered a statement of secession?))

((And thus Oren rises again. What a magnificent opportunity to completely remake Human RP wasted.))

((On the contrary, the remake of Oren will allow for it to be reworked in a better fashion. If you have any suggestions for the empire, feel free to send me a PM and I'll be sure to pass it along.))
