Edict of Salvus

 

(The Edict sits on Relenkai's desk, once stamped it will be public)

 

This edict is hereby decreed, by the Majesty of the Apostolic King, Siegmund Carrion, The Crown-Prince of Ruska and Renatus, and The King Relenkai Bedevere.

 

I. Formality

 

1. The Kingdom of Salvus formally breaks ties with the Grand Kingdom of Urguan

2. The Kingdom of Salvus shall agree to the foundations of Imperial Oren

3. The Kingdom of Salvus shall end all ties with former Dwarven vassals

4. The Kingdom of Salvus shall be rightfully held by the King, Relenkai Bedevere, and shall be continued to be held by Bedevere’s in future generations

5. The King of Salvus, Relenkai Bedevere will retain all titles

6. The Kingdom of Salvus will annul any edict or treaty signed against any member state of the Empire

7. The Holy Kingdom of Ruska will recognize the Kingdom of Salvus as full members of the Grand Empire of Oren

8. The Kingdom of Renatus will recognize the Kingdom of Salvus as full members of the Grand Empire of Oren

 

II. Military

 

1. The Kingdom of Salvus will pledge it’s military to the Grand Empire of Oren

2. The Holy Kingdom of Ruska will pledge to defend the Kingdom of Salvus

3. The Kingdom of Herendul will pledge to defend the Kingdom of Salvus

4. The Kingdom of Salvus will pledge to defend the member states

 

III. Holdings

 

1. The Kingdom of Salvus will retain all de jure holdings within the Empire

2. The Kingdom of Salvus will cede southern Salvus to the Orcish Dominion [To be Discussed with Orcish Leaders]

3. The Kingdom of Salvus will follow of the Imperial Foundations

 

IV. Recognition

 

1. The King, Relenkai Bedevere will recognize Siegmund Sarkozic Carrion as Apostolic King of Ruska, King of Savoie, Crimson Isles, and Kaedrin

2. The King, Relenkai Bedevere will recognize Ostromir Sarkozic Carrion as Crown-Prince and heir to Ruska and Renatus

3. The King, Relenkai Bedevere will recognize Silus Horen as King of Renatus

4. The King, Relenkai Bedevere will recognize Edward Winter as King of Herendul

5. The Empire will recognize Relenkai Bedevere as King of Salvus

 

V. Member State

 

1. The Kingdom of Salvus will act as a member state of the Grand Empire

2. The King of Salvus is to be granted the office of “Prince-Elector” and a seat on the Body of Monarchs

3. The Kingdom of Salvus will partake in the election of the Emperor
