The Snow Clan
 
Origin History: A group of Humans settled a valley between snowy mountains in Asulon. The land of the valley was tough, but the settlers were tougher. They lived by farming and hunting and enjoyed a pleasant, peaceful lifestyle. One family in the settler group was the Snow Clan. The members of the Snow Clan were especially talented with the bow and hunting. During the exodus of Asulon, many members of the Snow Clan were lost in the chaos.
 
Anthos History: At the arrival of Anthos, the remaining members of the Snow Clan were separated at arrival of a foreign land. Minwoo Snow, having obtained enough power and status through hard work, calls for the reunification of the Snow Clan.

Bio: Current Head of the Snow Clan, and Commander in The Arcane Delvers. He wishes to reunite the Snow Clan back to its former glory.

Height: 5'9”
Bio: A wandering hunter who lived by selling the meat and leather from his kills. He is looking to start a business for a more stable life, since hunting didn't have a great revenue. Sungho had a tough time making a living the past few years on Anthos, and was grown to be a stoic and serious man.

• A very serious man.
• He doesn't understand sarcasm.
• He is a stoic.

Age: 24

Height: 5'7”
Bio: Worked as a waitress in taverns after she got separated from the Clan. She always had to find a new job every couple of months because the tavern owners kept trying to seduce her, or they tried to force her to be overly flirtatious with customers. She came to not trust most men, and became very defensive about everything. However, all of the time spent in eating establishments led her to study and practice cooking.
Relations:

• Daughter of Tungsu and Kayoon.
• Sister of Minwoo and Sungho.
• Niece of Junsu.
• Cousin of Yunho and Mirai.    

Personality:

• An extremely sassy person.
• Very suspicious of all men she meets.
• Kind to almost all females.

• Wants to run a successful Eastern restaurant.

Bio: An experienced bowyer and fletcher that got separated with his two children. He made a living selling bows and arrows from town to town, and also selling meat and leather from hunting. Even though hard times fell up on him and his children, he always put a smile on his face and kept everyone happy and laughing.

• Father of Yunho and Mirai.

• Humorous and sarcastic.

Bio: The youngest Snow, who grew up wandering around with his father and sister. He grew up by hunting with his family, and learning bowyering and fletching from his father. He greatly looks up to his older cousin, Minwoo, and wants to be a respected Delver like him.

• Acts first, thinks later.
• Looks up greatly to Minwoo.

Bio: As she grew up with her nomadic family, Mirai naturally learned how to hunt and use a bow. One day when she was 13, while selling their meat and furs in Abresi, Mira saw her first horse. Ever since she laid her eyes on a horse, she has been obsessed with them. Her dream has been to own and breed her own horses.

• She is quite flirty.

Bio: A traveler by heart, Shin has never known a real home since the the separation of the Snow's. He had been making a living off of gambling, and selling trinkets found on his travels. Shin has been known to start many ventures and such to make money, which never tends to go as planned. He has also been known to dip into drinking binges, and tends to be fairly lonely.

Bio: Junseo's parents were separated from the Clan during the exodus from Asulon, He never knew anything about his family except their name, and his strangely white hair. He helped support his mother in adolescence by hunting in the woods, and used the meat for food and sold the skins. Upon approaching the age of eighteen, his mother began to tell him what she knew of their clan. He decided to try and seek out the rest of his family, as he wished to know more. He finally found the post that Minwoo made on the Malinor bulletin board, and headed to the Snow camp.

Clan Events/Rituals:

 

Snow Clan Initiation:

A coming-of-age event for Snow Clan youths that all Snows' go through at the age of 18. The youth is taken to the wild and told to survive for about 3 IG days. They start out with just a hunting knife and 5 loaves of bread. An adult Snow would RP as random events that would occur in the wild, as well as RPing random animal encounters for the initiate. The youth needs to bring back a symbol of courage by bringing back the skin of a wild animal. The Head of the Snow Clan would then initiate them into adulthood.

 

The Hunt:

An event that happens about once every two Elven weeks, where Snows go hunting in the wild. The hunted animals would be RP'ed by either other Snows or other friends.

 

The Cactus Circle:

An event that happen about once every Elven month, where all Snows gather at a Clanhouse to discuss issues within the Clan, and be updated with every Snow's life. The discussion takes place in a huge circle where cactus green is passed around. There is also pipeweed available. Depending on the month, there will be other activities such as dances, duels, etc, during the meeting.

 

Other:

• The Clan colors are white and sky blue, matching their physical features.
• A formal greeting to an older Clan member would be to put your right fist over your heart and bow.
• There is a casual Clan greeting which involves just the fist-over-heart.
• Neutral with all other Easterner Clans.

So, there is everything you need to know about the Snow Clan. Let me state that this Clan is NOT A NOBLE HOUSE, and I never plan to make it one. The purpose of this Clan is so that my character can have something to do, and also to create a small RP group that goes on casual events about once a week. The culture of the Clan is based off of a mixture of Korean and Native American culture.
