A large roar comes up from the tavern as a group of Dwarves find a beardling guzzling down a barrel of ale. Looking around, they see that every barrel is either empty or spoiled. The group of Dwarves began to go into a rage and began swinging the chairs around, smashing tables and counters. The tavern turned into a large brawl, Dwarves, chairs, and tables flew everywhere. Suddenly, the Legion was there and began to forcefully control the Dwarven brawlers. Glaring at the soldiers, the group of Dwarves told Lord Marshal Zahrer what had occurred. Outraged, the Legion and their marshal brought the ale guzzling Dwarf before the king for reprimanding.

Several days has gone by, Dwarves were slumping around the city, depressed, angry, and insane. The Brewmaster was stuck inside his tavern, hiding from the angry Dwarves, the other guilds had no work being accomplished. The King had begun the investigation of what had happened, consulting with the High Remembrancers to see if it had ever happened before, and finally he went to the Grand Merchant to talk about a large importing of ales.

After a week, riots occurred, Dwarves were enraged that no ale was available for consumption. Dwarven rioters began trashing shops, throwing chairs and tables, smashing windows, and destroying houses. The rioters began to demand that King Dizzy Irongrinder take action and begin importing ales.

The next day, King Dizzy summoned his Lord’s Council to discuss key topics. Directly after the discussion, couriers were seen running out to all taverns and nations to deliver letters requesting brewers and sell merchants to travel to Kal’Ithrun and sell their stock.

Later on the same day, Grand King Dizzy Irongrinder gave a speech to the citizens of Kal’Ithrun.

((Regular speech for the reader’s sake))

“My fellow kin, we have had a large ale shortage over the past week due to a substance contaminating our storage. The Brewmaster and the High Remembrancer are working on a way to prevent this from occurring again. I have spoken to Grand Merchant  and my Lords about arranging trade deals. We expect merchants to begin arriving in the city over the next Elven week with their wares and concoctions. Prepare your minas and your shops for the visiting brewers and tavern owners.”

Merchants began to rush to their shops to prepare them for the visiting merchants

((The Dwarves will be buying large amounts of ales in the coming week.

Thanks to Ptah for the idea.))

*Barias Cladheart is see walking amongst the center of Kal"Ithrun, a grin painted across his face as his boots clack on the hard stone, rolls upon rolls of thick parchment tucked under his arm. He begins to post them along the main areas and the tavern with a sticky slime.

On the contact information for the parchment of paper, the names of Emberhard and Ol' Treehugger have been covered with a note on each

"Contact Barias Cladheart of Barbek Hold to purchase ales as Treehugger and Emberhard will be unable to handle the sales at this time. We also offer a new micro brew for sale, ask about it!"
