((No, land claim only occurs over a period of battles when your on the offensive. If you win this battle then perhaps you could go on the offensive and attack to claim the land. You cannot simply win a fight at a small fort or the like in a defensive battle and suddenly claim the land up and down the coast.))

He puts his figure on the side of Orei "Shall I annoy Malinor?", he slides his figure to the Malinor side "Or shall I aid the elves and slay this lunatic?

 

His boredom makes him desperate, he has the manpower, but never the fight!
