And Racker, no-one responded to your points cuz dey were shite, just spewin' crap to try and cover yourself, I'm not gonna assume you realize this, but there is a right thing, and a wrong thing to do in every situation, and often a situation arises from a wrong choice. I'd like to just say, this should not of been submitted under dwarven roleplay.  For one, this can be discussed via teamspeak or off topic or anywhere else really.  The only reason I say this is because, well I don't these following trolls in our thread.  However, I'd like to apologize to supremecy, and that what you are saying is true.  We wouldn't want that to happen to us and we shouldn't of done it to you.

Think about how you can avoid this situation in the future. As others have said, it's probably best done through forum PMs or Skype but it's up to you.

There goes pretty much every gate on the server...

People managing raids (usually GMs), get some universal standards for this sort of thing already. The stuff people can get away with seems to depend on who answers the modreq right now.

You can't come on a raid without the VA required for all actions involved, nor can you sneak in a city by busting down iron bars silently.

 

I am simply reminding the dwarves who came that they need to heed raid rules. As villains they're required to keep up to date with them.

As previously stated everyone who performed villainous acts on that raid had VA's, the only villainous acts that where performed were the killing of you, the Sohaer, and the robbing of an anvil we found, and a few other miscellaneous items that were scattered in chests throughout your city.

One is a steel gate that would need siege equipment to break through, such as this:

 

Whilst the other are iron bars that can be bent with enough manpower, such as this:

 

Although they look the same in MC form, they are role played differently.

This is something you all should have talked about in private with staff members. Rather than plastering this debate in the public eye as you have - first for the high elves in posting it, second in the random players who came in commenting about the 'whining high elves', third for some dwarves defending their actions and arguing, etc etc.

 

If I were an FM most of the people posting in this topic would get a forum ban for two days.

 

But since I'm not, I'm also not privy to the minds of the FM Team, so I really don't know whether they let this fester for a reason or they simply haven't seen it yet.

As much as I agree with you Ptah, myself and other dwarves have only posted because of the fact that if we hadn't whoever didn't know the situation would instantly assume that the dwarves were instantly in the wrong, and we'd look bad.

Or whoever didn't know of the situation wouldn't have had to learn of it in the first place, since this topic should have been swiftly locked and archived or perhaps even deleted.

I was hoping perhaps if enough points were raised and addressed, the situation could have been rectified and both parties apologising.
