With all this conflict about Haelun'or and the Urguan-Oren war, I've spotted an issue rooted deep into LotC that I just frankly think can't go unnoticed any longer. We were all frankly blind to the blatant rule breaking of what I am about to bring up. A problem that I have yet to see anyone address, and one that should frankly be a ban worthy offense. Such obvious metagaming should NOT be premitted, not matter the circumstances. Moderation and administration have overlooked this for far too long, and I'm sick of it. You can go on and on about staff bias towards nations, but their bias clearly lies within this certain group of players: Medics. Specifically, metagaming medics. Is it not clear metagaming to message a medic player with some along the lines of "Hey, I'm dying of death can you please get online so I stop actively bleeding out?" I've heard people say things like "but I don't want my character to die" or "I'm just here to have fun and having to deal with my character's death would be a bummer" or even "who are you, why are you in my house? What the ****? I'm calling the police- no I don't know about Lord Of The Craft, the #1 premium minecraft fantasy roleplaying server with a player-driven economy" I've even heard the excuse of "well it makes sense that there would be a medic on duty all the time" If you want a medic on duty, make one stand in the clinic for all twenty-four hours of the day. It doesn't matter that medic RPers have lives, and are just here to help your character not die. It's stupid nonsense, where you can just ping a medic role and have your own pocket metagamer, and there's a clear solution. Ban medical rp and the hypocrites who do it. Outlaw clinics and any form of healing, and your problem will be SOLVED. I don't care about the fact that the playerbase will then drop like a rock through my ex-girlfriend's window. Deal with it, and stop ruining my precious immersion. (Also, dying in a warclaim should be unreversable forced PK. Thank you for your time.) It's lowkey my favorite place on LotC, definitely wouldn't be the same without it, and I'm so glad I randomly agreed to play Ibraheem's daughter I don't know what that is so let's go with yes Ily Jazzy <3 My fav RP has probably been the chaos I've been causing on Andora, really anything with her is great! She's gotten super fun to play. And @carebear was the best murder, of course! Rosa wouldn't be Rosa without it! (And yes, I'm always walking to burger king) Rosalind's been my favorite by far! She's lived the longest of all my chars, and I love me some psychopath rp And I'll never forget my very first rp in the oasis, when some normal family rp turned into the emir almost getting killed by a camel.
