THE TWIN TRIVIA Everyone is to be gathered around the throne as the princesses throw out questions for them to answer. They will be split into groups of two or three. There’s a total of ten questions, five for each princess. Whoever answers the most questions will win fifty minas and a custom made circlet. THE ARM WRESTLE CHALLENGE Who is brave enough to arm wrestle the twins? Come and step up, take a seat at the table. There’s a total of three rounds for each challenger, if anyone is able to defeat the twins during the total of the three rounds, the winner takes fifty minas home. THE ASHES’ BALL For those who are not challengers, this is for you. Wear your best attire and grab yourself a partner, to dance the night away. Music will be played, along with beverages and food being served by our people. THE FIRE WALK To end the night, the princesses are to walk across burning rocks to prove their perseverance and willpower as true Rurics of Norland. They will be granted with a replica circlet of “Eirik the Great”. INFORMATION Everyone is welcomed to join and celebrate with the princesses. Nice attire is appreciated, not a requirement. The King’s Council and I have come up with a plan to ensure our safety for our citizens, kin, and travelers. The cold is not a fear, we’ll stand strong together - IRON FROM ICE! THE PLAN Citizens will be split off into two groups. Each group has their own plan and leader to follow. They are to be redirected to the Palace of the Kingdom with their belongings. The left side of the palace has been sectioned off for the people to stay warm, to rest, and to enjoy themselves with a meal. The right side of the palace has been turned into a medical bay and storage for supplies. Everyone is instructed to stay inside until the storm passes. GROUP B LEADERS: MASTER-AT-ARMS AYRED DRAKON AND MAN-AT-ARMS GRIMM HALFAWAY - STURMSTRIKE Group B will consist of the Ashguard and any volunteers who wish to assist in keeping law & order. They will be stationed at the Tavern or the Tianrui Teahouse depending on the severity of the storm. Both places have been fully stocked for their use. They are to be fully suited up and armed in case of any danger. May they protect us from any evil that comes our way during this rampant disturbance of weather. A festival is to be hosted in the next month, cherishing Norland’s traditions and heritage. DAY ONE TRINKETS AND TRIVIA To begin the two day festival, shopkeepers of our Kingdom and her allies will be selling their goods and wares throughout the day. Ice boat racing shall be taking place on the frozen lake of Norland, left of the capital. To end the night, everyone is encouraged to head back to the main square to participate in Norlandic trivia. Guests will be paired up into twos: winners of the games are to gain 300 minas. DAY TWO SCAVENGER HUNT AND A BALL To honor what my father has done many ages ago, I wish to host a scavenger hunt to honor those within our lands. Plushies resembling citizens and her allies of Norland shall be hidden all around our capital. Guests will be paired up into groups of four: the winners of the hunt are to gain 300 minas. And finally, to end it all, a grand ball will be hosted within the gardens of the palace. Formal attire is encouraged for the dance.
