Actually no. Teutons are still together OOC'ly and are creating something else under Mogroka's command. We still lead and hold the north. You just have to wait a couple days for the rest of the story to unfold.

To be fair, I was terrified when we started to assault the undead keep. Seeing the dark figures pop out on the roof and start hurling fireballs made me cry.

Undead scared the life out of me. Haven't seen anything like them since.

Gestahl wasn't alive in Aegis.  Nitholiak lived in Winterfell but also ran an Inn out of a cave by Al' Khazar.  Eventually killed by Heroes in an epic battle when Nitholiak was discovered to be an undead spymaster.
